Terms and Conditions of Sale

Preamble

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between:

Domaine de L’Aumonier, located at 44 Villequemoy – 41110 Couffy – FRANCE, registered under the trade name SARL Sophie et Thierry Chardon, and any individual or legal entity placing an order on the website www.domainedelaumonier.fr

By confirming their order, the Customer fully accepts these Terms and Conditions without reservation.

1. Products and Services

Domaine de L’Aumonier offers organic wines and tasting experiences for sale. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on the website. Photographs and descriptions aim to be as accurate as possible but may contain minor, non-substantial differences.

2. Prices

All prices are in euros (€), inclusive of applicable VAT. Delivery fees and any additional charges are indicated during checkout. Domaine de L’Aumonier reserves the right to change prices at any time. However, orders will be charged based on the rates in effect at the time of confirmation

3. Orders

Orders can be placed directly via www.domainedelaumonier.fr

To confirm an order:

1.The Customer selects the desired products.

2.They complete the required information (contact, payment method, delivery address).

3.The order is confirmed once these Terms and Conditions are accepted.

Domaine de L’Aumonier reserves the right to refuse any order in the event of prior disputes or payment issues.

4. Payment

Payments can be made:

•By credit card (via a secure platform).

Full payment is required to validate the order.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided during checkout.

Delivery area: Department 41 (Loir-et-Cher).

Delivery times: Indicative and may vary depending on the destination.

Domaine de L’Aumonier cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

Delivery fees are shown before order confirmation.

6. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a 14-day period from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

To do so:

1.The Customer must notify their decision in writing ([email or postal address]).

2.Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

•Perishable products (e.g., opened or altered bottles).

•Customized products.

7. Liability

Domaine de L’Aumonier cannot be held liable for:

•Improper use of the products by the Customer.

•Indirect or unforeseeable damage resulting from product use.

8. Legal Guarantee

All products benefit from the legal guarantees provided by Articles L217-4 and following of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code.

In case of non-compliance or defect, the Customer may request a replacement or refund.

9. Personal Data

Data collected during orders is processed in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].

10. Intellectual Property

All content on www.domainedelaumonier.fr (text, images, logos, etc.) is the exclusive property of Domaine de L’Aumonier and protected by copyright.

11. Disputes and Applicable Law

These T&Cs are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be prioritized. Failing that, the competent courts will be those within the jurisdiction of Domaine de L’Aumonier’s registered office.
