Fine bubbles
Gentle pressing, low-temperature fermentation for one month followed by aging on lees. After secondary fermentation, stored in tuffeau caves for a minimum of 12 months before disgorgement. Fine mousse and bubbles, with great aromatic complexity where grape notes are accompanied by hints of linden and honey. The palate is full and smooth, always focused on fruit. The finish is harmonious and refreshing.
